Sally Pugh

I’m Sally

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with 15 years of experience working with people facing challenges and difficulties in life. In this time, I have developed specialities in working with children and families and with people living with a physical health condition. This work is always focused on promoting the individual and family’s adjustment to their situation in order for them to live their best possible lives. I am also experienced in working with children and adults with a range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma and bereavement.

I bring my warmth and humour to the therapy I offer and strongly believe that a good relationship is the foundation of all successful therapy. As well as working on ‘problems’ and change, the best therapy looks for the strengths that are already there and helps these to grow and shine.

Finding the right person to work with is an important first step in moving towards therapy and working on your goals. If you feel like I might be able to help you or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
