Supporting families and individuals to live well.

A personalised and integrative approach to therapy for people living with mental and physical health difficulties.

We all face times when we need extra support to overcome the challenges facing us and move forward with our lives.

This could be because of a new diagnosis of a health condition, the emergence of a mental health difficulty or the challenge of balancing the competing demands of life. Therapy is a powerful tool for helping us to move forward.

As a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in the NHS for over 15 years, including at Great Ormond Street Hospital, I have extensive experience working with children, adults and families to identify the challenges that are getting in the way of life and helping them to make changes. I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of evidence-based psychological models to tailor a therapeutic approach to each person or family.

Where I can help

  • Young girl looking outside

    Children and Young People

Seeing a child struggling can be one of the most painful things that a parent faces. There are a range of reasons why, sometimes, a person outside the family can offer a different perspective which can help young people to move forwards.

  • Child playing with blocks

    Parents and Families

Parenting can be one of the most important roles that many people take on in life. However, it doesn’t come with a manual. Many families can benefit from the chance to pause and reflect on the patterns and behaviours that they are noticing, and understand how to best support one another.

  • Holding hands at a table

    Living with a Health Condition

The diagnosis or ongoing management of a health condition can throw up many different barriers to living life in the way we would want. Therapy can offer a vital source of strength, helping individuals adapt to change and those around them adjust to new circumstances.

In-person and remote options

I offer face-to-face appointments from my therapy room in North London, as well as from the comfort of your own home via Zoom, making it as easy as possible to get you the support you need.

“Often, the opportunity to pause and reflect can help us to recognise our strengths and use them to make the changes we want to see.”

Take the first step

I offer a free no-obligation 15-minute phone consultation. This gives us a brief chance to chat about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and what support might be right. It also gives you the chance to ask me any questions and check I am the right person to help you or your family.
